RESOLUTION NO. 1983-7-1
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO FINAL DEVELOPMENT
PLANS OF TRACTS A, B AND C OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL C OF FOREST
MEADOWS SOLAR COMMUNITY.
WHEREAS, Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser did approve,
by Resolution Number 1982-10-1, the Final Plat and Development Plan of
said above -described Minor Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the owner has presented to the Planning Commission
and Board of Trustees changes and amendments to said Development Plans
for Tracts A, B and C of said Minor Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of
such final changes and amendments, and all appropriate fees and condi-
tions have been met;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and Board of Trustees have
reviewed said changes and amendments and believes that the same, as
finally approved herein, are in the best interests of the citizens,
residents and taxpayers of the Town.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser hereby approves
the revised final development plan of Tracts A, B and C of a Minor
Subdivision of Parcel C of Forest Meadows Solar Community.
2. Said approved revised Development Plans shall be attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
3. The Memorandum of Agreement of Part of Parcel C - Forest
Meadows Solar Community dated August 21, 1982 shall be considered
amended to the extent any of the herein revised development plans are
contradictory to any requirements of said Memorandum of Agreement.
Duly Moved, Seconded and Approved by the Board of Trustees of
the Town of Fraser this 18th day of July, 1983.
