INC. TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER
CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF TH~ 1950 CODE OF VIRGINL~ AS AMENDED
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Rezo~ing application #ZM-124 by Brownell, Inc. to rezone appro,dm-tely 14 acres located north and
east of the intersection of Wildm-n Street and Cranbrook Lane from the R-4, Residential to the R-6,
Residential zoning district to allow the resubdivision of lots in Section 2-5 of the Paxton Subdivision for
duplex units i~ hereby received and referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and
recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the 1950 Cede of Virgini~ as amended.
