AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE 2009-2010
VILLAGE BUDGET AS PROVIDED FOR ON EXHIBIT
"A"; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the 2009-2010 Village budget was adopted pursuant to the Village Charter and
based upon estimates of revenues and expenses in various categories; and
WHEREAS, as a result of operations for the fiscal year, certain changes are necessary in
various categories for fiscal year 2009-2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Budget Amendments Approved and Adopted. The Budget of the Village of
Key Biscayne for fiscal year 2009-2010 is hereby amended as outlined in Exhibit "A" to this
ordinance.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption on second
reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on first reading this 31st day of August , 2010.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on second reading this 7th day of Septemb r , 2010.

The proposed Ordinance may be inspected.by the public at the Office of
the Village Clerk. Interested parties_ may appear at the Public Hearing
and be ',pollard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. Any person
wishing #o• address the Village Council on any item Allis Public Hearing
is asked to register with the Village Clerk prior to that item being heard.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, all
persons who are disabled and who need special accommodations to
participate in this proceeding 'because of that disability should contact

Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the Village Council
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person
shall insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including
all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based
(F.S. 286.0105).
Comments of any interested party relative to this matter may be
submitted in writing and or presented in person at the public hearing.
