ORDINANCE NO. _L~2_
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 121
?ROVIDING FOR THE SALARY OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR,
REPEALING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 121,AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 132.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, ~ANSAS:
SECTION~. AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 121:
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 121 is he~eby amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 4. The City Administrator shall be paid at the
rate of $1,666.67 per month from and after the 1st day of January,
1990.
SECTION 2. REPEALING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 121:
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 121 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 132:
Ordinance No. 132 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the Official City Newspaper.
