SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
March 15, 1989
MINUTES
I . ROLL CALL
President Gerry Andeen called the meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M.
Members Present: Gerry Andeen, Richard Bishop, Nonette Hanko, Teena
Henshaw, and Edward Shelley.
Members Absent: Katherine Duffy and Robert McKibbin.
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench, Craig Britton, Jean Fiddes , and
Stanley Norton.
II . BOARD BUSINESS
A) Rescheduling of March 22 Regular Meeting to March 28 (Report
R-89-46 dated March 9, 1989)
Motion: E. Shelley moved that the Board reschedule the March 22
regular meeting to Tuesday, March 28 beginning at 7 : 30
P.M. at the District Office. R. Bishop seconded the
motion. The motion passed 5 to 0 .
H. Grench announced that a land negotiation matter for a parcel on the
Brown Act list would be discussed during the Closed Session. He said
that this matter arose after the agenda was distributed.
III . CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to Closed Session to discuss land negotiation and
personnel matters at 7 :35 P.M.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Board reconvened to adjourn the meeting at 9: 15 P.M.
