RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF I-~,I,CREST JOINT
VENTURE FOR A REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE
PLANNING COMMLSSIONFOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE
15.12 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Rezoning application #ZM-125 by I-Iiilcrest Joint Venture to allow a rezoning from R-4 to R-HD
with proffers for the property located at 330 West Market Street, is hereby received and referred to the
Plann/ng Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.12 of the 1950
Code of Virgin~ as amended.
