RESOLUTION NO. 90-272 ADOPTED October 24, 1990
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR EXETER SECTION 12
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg ~n V~rgh~ as follows:
SECTION I. The mmmger shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineerh~ and Public Works for
Exeter Section 12.
SECTION H. An irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
the First American Bank in the amount of $141,775.00 is approved as secu~ty to guarantee insts]lAt~on
of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works
for Exeter Section 12.
PASSED this 24th day of October ,1990.
