Board of Assessors Meeting .........April 24, 2012.......4:00pm.
Present: Tim Brady, Nick Bono and Cindy Eagar Board and Ken Hull, Assessor
Chairman Tim Brady motioned and Nick Bono seconded to begin the meeting at
4:00pm.
Open Meeting Law
After a brief discussion in regards to Executive session minutes: Cindy Eagar
motioned and Nick Bono seconded to hold all Executive Session minutes
approved or not until such time when the board receives an answer from the
Atty. General in regards to complaint. Unanimous 3-0-0
for Vehicle and Boat Abatements
2012 Motor Vehicle Abatements total $3,101.10
2011 Motor Vehicle Abatements total $18.75
2012 Boat Abatements total $53.50
The Board reviewed and signed the reports. Unanimous
Approval of Minutes
April 2, 2012 minutes were reviewed and approved by the Board. Unanimous
Cindy Eagar motioned and Nick Bono seconded to comply with Chapter 59 Section
60, discussion of abatements, to go to Executive Session and not return to open
session. Unanimous
