A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY EULOGIZING GERALD C. STELLE,
AND EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the death of Corporal Gerald C. Stelle, F. Company,
Second Battalion, U. S. Marine Corps, was brought to the attention of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Corporal Stelle returned to Viet Nam in January
of this year on his second extension of service; and
WHEREAS, his Mother, Mrs. Edith M. Stelle, still resides
in this City at 5454 Temple City Blvd.,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
does hereby express its condolences to the family of Corporal Gerald
C. Stelle in their hour of bereavement and offers its eulogies to
Corporal Gerald C. Stelle who gave his life fighting for freedom
and his country.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of June, 1967, by the following vote
