BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Stockman Construction Corp. has become the apparent lowest and best bidder on the Westwood Drive Stormwater Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The $74,922.50 bid of Stockman Construction Corp. is declared to be the lowest and best bid and is hereby accepted on the Westwood Drive Stormwater Project. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Stockman Construction Corp. for the Westwood Drive Stormwater Project. Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 4.
