AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR SPECIAL
EXCEPTION APPLICATION SE-90-07 GATEWAY, LOT I BY ALTON ECHOLS,
JR., UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS
AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider special exception application #SE-90-07 to consider permitting
a townhouse development in the B-2 zoning district shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on
December 26, 1990 and January 2, 1991, for the public hearing on January 8, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. in the
lower level Council Committee meeting room, 25 West Market Street. S.W., Leesburg, Virginia, 22075.
