Executive Session
May 15, 1989
® The Greencastle Board of Works met in executive session on Monday,
May 1.5, 1989 at 6:00 p.m. in City Mall. On call of the roll the
following members were shown to be present: Mayor Harmless, Mr. Lawrence
and Mrs. Crawley. Also present was Margaret Alexander of the Water
Department.
The Board conducted interviews for the position of trash biller. The
following people were interviewed:
Joyce Green of 203 Crosson, Greencastle.
Barbara Radene Varvel of 31 Sunset Drive, Greencastle.
Mickie E. Butler of 15 Sunset Drive, Greencastle.
The Board decision will be announced at the special session of the Board
on May 17, 1989 at 4:00 p.m. in City Mall.
All applications will remain on file at City Hall.
No business other than that published in the agenda was discussed.
Mrs. Crawley moved for adjournment. This motion was seconded by Mr.
Lawrence and was carried by an aye unanimous vote. The meeting was
adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
