RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF AMUSEMENT
GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE FOR YEAR 2004
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the
Year 2004 the following:
1. SUCH BAR & GRILL 6. CHARLIE'S PUB
1365 ROOSEVELT AVE. 3 ROOSEVELT AVE.
2. RISING STAR DINER 7. BROTHER'S BISTRO
1239 ROOSEVELT AVE. 4 COOKE AVE.

63-65 ROOSEVELT AVE. 51 WHEELER AVE.
4. B&B LOUNGE 9. DIXIE'S TAVERN

8 HOLLY ST.
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and Licensing
Amusement Games and said Police Department recommends that a License for
the current year be issued to the applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT GAMES
DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the Year 2004 to the applicant (s) hereby
approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
