AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING APPLICATION #ZM-
125 AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION #SE-90-05 BY HILLCREST
JOINT VENTURE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-125 and special exception
application #SE-90-05 by Hillcrest Joint Venture shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror. The
notice shall be published on January 2, 1991 and January 9, 1991 for public hearing on January 22, 1991
at 7:30 p.m. in the lower level Council Committee meeting room, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg,
Virginia.
