A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY COMMENDING
THE TEMPLE CITY LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, the Temple City Lions Club has for many years
industriously and diligently exhibited American flags on Las
Tunas and Temple City Boulevards on patriotic holidays; and
WHEREAS, this effort on the part of the Temple City Lions
Club redounds to the benefit of not only the members of the
Club but to the residents of Temple City and the American
citizenry in general; and
WHEREAS, this City Council is always pleased to recognize
patriotic activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Temple City Lions
Club is hereby commended for its efforts aforesaid.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July , 1967.
