A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY EULOGIZING RONALD L. LAKE, AND
EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY
WHEREAS, the death of Lance Corporal Ronald L. Lake;
U. S. Marine Corps, killed in action while performing his duties in
Viet Nam was brought to the attention of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, his mother, Mrs. Nellie E. Longfellow, is a resi-
dent of Temple City;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple
City does hereby express its condolences to the family of Lance
Corporal Ronald L. Lake, in their hour of bereavement and offers its
eulogies to Lance Corporal Ronald L. Lake who gave his life fighting
for freedom and his country.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of July, 1967, by the following vote
