LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 18, 2001
The Public Finance Authority of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:07 p.m.
President Reyes presiding.
~ Members Byrd, Pedroza, Richards, Rodriguez, and Reyes answered the joint roll call for
all agencies.
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Faustin Gonzales, Interim City Manager
Montgomery, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

It was moved by Member Richards, seconded by Member Byrd and carried to approve
the minutes.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by Member Pedroza and carried to adjourn to a
Regular Meeting on January 2, 2001 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, ] 1330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California.
