May 19, 1969 at 8:05 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Tom Stevens, Everett Thies, Arnold Erdman, Robert Roehl, Ted
Lockwood and John Willegalla present.
The minutes of the meeting of April 21, 1969 read. Moved by Everett Thies
that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Ted Lockwood.
Motion carried.
John Mickman appeared with plat. Discussion. Moved by Everett Thies that the
Planning Commission recommend to the Village Council that they grant a variance
to the five acre requirement to Mr. Mickman to move in the parish house from
Hamel to the Mickman property of 3.5 acres, as follows: That part of Goirt.
Lot 2, Section 18-11817123 described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner
of said lot, thence N. along the E line of said lot a distance of 660 ft. to
the point of beginning of the property being described; thence W parallel
to the S line of said lot a distance of 264 ft.; thence N parallel with said
E line to the N line of said lot; thence E along said N line of said E line;
thence S to the point of beginning, at the same time the Planning Commission
feels that the balance of the acreage is undersirRble for platting.
Seconded by John Wallegalla.
Motion carried.
Robert Scott appeared with regard to a dog kennel. Moved by Everett Thies that
the Planning Commission recommend to the Council that Robert Scott be
given a special use permit for a private dog kennel for a five year limit
subject to renewal after five years.
Seconded by Arnold Erdman
Motion carried.
Tom Stevens is going to call Plymouth and Orono with regard to their codes for
moving to houses.
Moved by Tom Stevens that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Everett Thies
Motion carried.
