APPOINTING JOHN (JACK) MITCHELL TO THE POSITION OF
PROVISIONAL TRUCK DRIVER IN THE STREETS & ROADS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Track Driver in the Streets and Roads Department;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to fill said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
JOHN (JACK) MITCHELL
is hereby appointed to the position of Provisional Track Driver in the Streets and Roads
Department in the Borough of Carteret effective immediately.
Adopted this 20th day of May, 2004
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on May 21, 2004.
