AND/OR CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION LINE

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, proclamations and certificates of appreciation have in the past been presented
during the Mayor's Report; and
WHEREAS, recipients of proclamations or certificates of appreciation are often inconvenienced
by having to wait through the Petitioners, Public Hearings, and Councilmember Comments portion of
the agenda.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A separate item entitled Proclamations and/or Certificates of Appreciation is added to the
Council agenda between the Approval of Minutes and Petitioners.
