AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE OPTION AGREEMENT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF DODONA MANOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Pursuant to the option agreement and the first~ second and third amendments thereto, the Mayor
is hereby authorized and directed to execute an extension of the option agreement and such amendments
by and between Molly B. Winn and the Town of Leesburg to exercise the option agreement and
settlement by May 15, 1991. The Marshall Home Preservation Fund, Inc., shall submit to the Town
Council and the Town Attorney for review the final purchase agreement for Lots 2 and 3 by and between
the Winn's and the Marshall foundation prior to settlement.
