LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 18, 2003
The Public Finance Authority of the City of Lynwood met in a Regulaz Meeting at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 6:30 p.m.
President Pedroza presiding.
Members Byrd, Reyes, Richards, Rodriguez, and Pedroza answered roll call.
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Gonzales, City Attorney Montgomery,
Secretary Hooper, and Treasurer Pygatt
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

Item #4: MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
It was moved by Member Reyes, second by Member Byrd to approve the following
minutes.
• Regular Meeting January 21, 2003

AYES: MEMBER BYRD, REYES, RICHARDS, RODRIGUEZ, PEDROZA

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
Item #5: VEHICLE LICENSE FEES
At a previous meeting this body was informed of Governor's Davis proposal to eliminate
Vehicle License Fees (VLF) backfill payments to local governments effective
immediately.
A decision by the Legislative regarding VLF backfill payments to local governments for
next fiscal year, will be heavily contingent upon the enactment of Assembly Speaker
Wesson's proposed legislation (AB 4X).
It was moved by Member Reyes, second by Vice President Rodriguez and carried to
receive and file this information.

Reyes and carried to adjourn the Regulaz Council Meeting at 6:3 5 p.m.
