COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, APRIL 4, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The April 4, 2016, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich,
Prather, Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin asked the Council to consider amending the agenda to move Bills
2015-125 and 2015-126 up to be voted on under the “Public Hearings” category
on the agenda, following all testimony on the public hearings of Bill 2015 -124.
There were no objections to the request to amend the agenda.
Bill 2015-116 (Amending Code re: underground utilities): Councilman
Scrivner stated he planned to remove this from the informal calendar to be voted
on tonight.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
