A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ZONING ORDINANCE
AMENDMENTS TO SECTIONS llA-7(3)(B) AND 3I-7(2)
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Sections llA-7(3)(b) and 3I-7(2) of
the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance regarding active recreation requirements for multi-family developments
shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on June 19, 1991, and June 26, 1991, for public hearing
on July 9, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
