CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. _Lj~__
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE CITY
CLERK OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS, AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 143.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. SALARY OF CITY CLERK:
The City Clerk of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas shall be paid
at the rate of $2,062.67 per month effective January 1, 1990.
SECTION 2. REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 143:
Ordinance No. 143 and any other ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Any section of any existing
Ordinance which is not in conflict herewith is not repealed
and remains in ful~ force and effect.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the Official City Newspaper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bel Aire,
