BE IT AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New
Jersey, that the

Fleet
New Jersey Arbitrage Rebate Management Program
First Union Bank
Sovereign Community Bank
State of New Jersey Cash Management

-- Ocwen Federal Bank FSB
be and are hereby designated as the official depositories
of the Borough of Carteret and that checks for the payment
of money upon said official depositories, be signed on
behalf of the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor, Municipal
Clerk and the Borough Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take
effect immediately.
Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 3, 2000.
