Xtreme Health and Fitness Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting
Ceremony Scheduled for Friday, July 22, 2011
Leesburg, VA (July 21, 2011) – At 12:00 pm on Friday, July 22, 2011, Town of Leesburg officials
will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Xtreme Health and Fitness,
located at 2 Cardinal Park Drive, Suite 205-A in Leesburg, Virginia. Vice Mayor Kevin D. Wright
will officiate.
Owners Mike Varron and Heidi Milder have created a personal training studio that allows
clients to workout with certified trainers and then come back anytime to use the cardio
machines. This cross between a traditional fitness studio and gym requires no membership
contract. Each new client will receive a free assessment with a certified personal trainer who
will tailor a fitness program specially formatted for the client’s individual goals. Each workout
program will focus on safety, variety, results, accountability, consistency and motivation.
“Too many people do not obtain results or achieve their goals due to frustration. They either
do not know where to begin, they go on fad diets or they engage in an ineffective exercise
program,” said co-owner Mike Varron. “Hiring a personal trainer at our studio is a life changing
decision. Once you change your body, your outlook on life changes. Becoming healthier,
stronger and feeling more attractive provides a boost in self esteem, self confidence and
personal power. This change is the key to a happier and more fulfilling life.”
