A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY CONFIRMING RESOLUTION
NO. 67 -266PC AND DENYING A VARIANCE IN
ZONE VARIANCE CASE NO. 67 -225
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that the Planning Commission has heretofore adopted Resolution
No. 67= 266PC, denying a variance.
SECTION 2. That said variance decision of the Planning
Commission was heretofore appealed to the City Council pursuant
to the City Code, and public hearing held thereon.
SECTION 3. The City Council finds and determines that the
findings of the Planning Commission as set forth in said Resolu-
tion 67 -266PC are true and correct.
SECTION 4.

The City Council does hereby confirm and affirm
No. 67- 266PC, for the reasons set forth therein.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 19th day of September
