Home My Public Portal About019-2009 - Budget Transfer- RSDRESOLUTION NO. 19 -2009 WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District adopted a budget for calendar year 2009; and WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the original budget; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6- 1.1 -18 -6 without notice and without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District that the 2009 budget be amended as follows: A. Sewer Utility - Maintenance Delete $15,000.00 from Sewer Line Equipment Account number 680.38.306.137.000.4411 Add $15,000.000 to General Supplies Account number 680.38.304.137.000.2410 B. Solid Waste — Collection Delete $15,000.00 from Other Equipment Account number 601.38.302.139.000.4490 Add $15,000.00 to General Supplies Account number 601.38.302.139.000.2410 APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2009.
