TRAFFIC AND PARKING REGULATIONS", OF CHAPTER 254
ENTITLED "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" OF THE CODE OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, located in Middlesex
County, thereof, as follows:
Section 1. Article I, of Chapter 254 of the Carteret Code entitled "Vehicles
and Traffic", Article I, General Provisions; Traffic and Parking Regulations is
hereby amended and supplemented to include the following:
VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
254-21. Schedule III: No Parking Certain Hours.
Name of Street Side Hours/Days Location
Roosevelt Avenue South 10:00 p.m. to Terminal Avenue
6:00 a.m. to Arthur Avenue
Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the
provision of this Ordirtance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of
any such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance
shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from
the remainder of this Ordinance.
~_Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
~ according to applicable law.
