RE: NOTICE OF RESCHEDULE —148 WALTHAM STREET, COMPREHENSIVE PERMIT
This correspondence is to notify you that the Watertown Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing
scheduled for July 22, 2020 is hereby cancelled and the hearing for the proposed Comprehensive Permit
for 148 Waltham Street will be rescheduled for the August 26, 2020 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.
Consistent with Section 17 (b)(v) of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020, the Chair of the Zoning Board of
Appeals may elect to reschedule any hearing on one or more occasions, and without a need for a
quorum of the Board to be present. The chair must provide written notice of the rescheduled date to
the applicant and to the general public by posting a notice of the continued hearing on the Town's
website.
