WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to amend Resolution 6 -2008 which is known as the
2009 Salary Resolution adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners
of the Richmond Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, for the Calendar
year of 2009 and later amended by Resolution 9 -2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary
Department of Richmond, Indiana, that the following appointed officers and employees of the Sanitary Department of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive not more than the following salaries and wages for the calendar year beginning
Janurary 1, 2009 and ending December 31 st, 2009.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such salary and hourly rates be provided for, as herein set forth, in the budget
for the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2009 and ending
December 31 st, 2009. In addition to the above salaries (with the exception of Board Members) employees shall be
entitled to the same fringe benefits and additional compensation as set forth within the City of Richmond Policy Manual.
