A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PHILI,IPS NICKELS WELL LOT
BOUNDARY LINE VACATION WITHIN THE MAYFAIR SUBDMSlON
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider vacation of a well lot, initiated by the town, shall be
published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on September 18, 1991 and September 25, 1991 for public
hearing on October 8, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg,
Virginia.
