SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MARCH 12, 19'9' -O.
MINUTES
I. ROLL CALL
President Nonette Hanko called the meeting to order at
7 : 37 p.m. at the District office.
Members Present: Katherine Duffy, Robert McKibbin,
Edward Shelley, Nonette Hanko, Betsy Crowder, Teena
Henshaw, and Richard Bishop.
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench, Michael Foster, and
Stanley Norton.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to Closed Session to evaluate the
performance of the General Manager, Controller, and
Legal Counsel .
ADJOURNMENT
At 11 : 12 p.m. , the Board decided to continue its
special meeting to evaluate the performance of Board
appointees to 5: 30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14 , at the
District office. The Board reconvened at 5: 30 p.m. on
March 14 . All Board members were present. The meeting
was adjourned at 7 : 30 p.m.
