WHEPJ~AS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council
of tile Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by Carteret Jewish Co~m~ity
of tile Borough of Carteret; and
WHER~KS, it appears that tile applicant(s) is/are qualified to be
licensed and that tile members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and
to assist are bona fide members of the applicant(s); and
WHEREAS, tile applicant(s) has/have siguified that tile games will be
played in accordaace with Rules 6, 7 aad 8 of tile Legalized Games
of Chance Control Con~ission's regulations;
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Borough
Clerk is heEeby directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor
and Council by issuing, for the remainder of the year, upon proper
presentation of appllcatiou and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the
applicant (s);
BE IT FURTNER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be
sent forthwith to tile Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission,
1100 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey 07102.

I'hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy
of tile Resolution adopted by the Mayor and Council of
tile Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, and tile
State of New Jersey, at a regular meeting held on
