HomeMy Public PortalAboutMinutes - 12/3/2012 The Wellsburg City Council met in regular session December 3, 2012 with Mayor Van Hauen presiding and Council Members Werkman, Eilderts, Nederhoff present. Van Heiden arrived at the meeting at 7:35. Absent Buseman. Werkman made a motion to approve the minutes of the November regular meeting. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Nederhoff made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report for November. Werkman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Nederhoff made a motion to approve the following bills for payment. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Sheriff’s Department. The Sheriff’s Department purchase new software and will hopefully be able to provide monthly reports in the near future. Alan Fisher presented the Public Works report. Don Moore, Ryken Engineering, provided an update on the sewer project and information sent to the DNR. Don will provide costs for the repair of sewer lines and upgrades to the sewer plant at the January meeting. Werkman move to adjourn the meeting. Nederhoff seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
