ORDINANCE NO. 1989 -3
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A CABLE TELEVISION PUBLIC
•
ACCESS PROGRAMING GIFT FUND FOR THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle, Indiana, receives certain
gifts and donations in regard to the cable television public
access channel established under the franchise agreement entered
into by and between the City of Greencastle and 'PCT of
Indiana on 1.0th day of J 1111 e 198 and
WHEREAS, IC 5- 11 -1 -3 provides that a separate account shall
be kept for every fund of any municipality;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that:
Section 1. There is hereby created a gift fund of the City
of Greencastle to be known as the "Cable Television Public Access
Programing Gift Fund ".
Section 2. That the Clerk- Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to deposit into such fund all gifts and donations
in regard to cable television public access programing. All

expenditures from said fund must be approved and made in the same
manner as required for other expenditures by the City of
Greencastle.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle this 14th day of March 1989.
