RESOLUTION AUT~DRIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSM~NT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LIC~qSES
WHEREAS, application has beenmade to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Amusement Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1995 by the following:
1. C. I. C. CORPORATION 135 Route 22 East
Springfield, NJ 07081
WHEREAS, Said application(s) has/have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance
Regulating and Licensing Arm]semmnt Games, and the Police Depart-
mmnt reconmends that a license be issued to the applicant(s).
NOW, ~RE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLV~D, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusemant
Games Distributor's License for the Year 1995 to the applicant(s)
hereby approved, upon receipt of the applicable fee.
Adopted the 16thday of February , 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 17, 1995
