RECEIVINGAND REFERRING REZONING APPLICATION #ZM-132 AND TOWN
PLAN AMENDMENT LEESBURG ASSOCIATES TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF
THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AME~ED.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Rezoning application #ZM-132 and Town Plan Amendment by Leesburg Associates to rezone
appro=dmately 22.5 acres located south of Fort Evans Road approximately 1,500 feet east of the Rt. 15
Bypass from R-1 to R-16, is hereby received and referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing
and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
