RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A 1995 AMU~Tf DEVICES LIC~I~SE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an An~sement Devices License for the
Year 1995 by the following:
1. FIVE CORNERS INN 74 Pershing Avenue;
2. T. J. GLASS BAR 51 Wheeler Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the C~rteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing Amusement Games, and said Police Department does
recommend that a License for Amusement Devices for the Year 1995
be issued to the applicant(s).
NOW, ~RE, BE IT AND IT IS H~tEBY RESOLVe), by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement Devices
License for the Year 1995 to the applicant(s) listed above, upon
receipt of the applicable fee.
Adopted the 16th.day of February , 1995
and certified as a true copy of the orzginal
on February 17, 1995
