A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR MOVED -ON
COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES
Whereas, the Moab City Council must approve all fees charged by the City of Moab;
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING FEE STRUCTURE FOR MOVED -
ON COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES:
Temporary Mobile Sales Structure
Temporary Seasonal Sales Structures for Permanent Businesses
Temporary Sales Structures
$375.00
$ 75.00
$ 375.00
A 1% surcharge may be added to these fees for the State of Utah Building Permit Education
Fund Fee.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the governing body of the City of Moab in open session
this 22nd day of February, 2005.
