MINUTES
I . ROLL CALL
President Nonette Hanko called the meeting to order at
7 : 35 p.m. at the District office .
Members Present : Katherine Duffy, Teena Henshaw,
Nonette Hanko, Robert McKibbin, Edward Shelley, Richard
Bishop, and Betsy Crowder.
Personnel Present : Herbert Grench
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to Closed Session to discuss
personnel matters related to the General Manager ' s
performance evaluation.
ADJOURNMENT
The Board reconvened to adjourn at 10 : 36 p.m.
