• AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PAYROLL FUND
FOR THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle has appropriated certain
funds from various accounts in regard to the payment of salaries
and withholding; and
WHEREAS, IC 5- 11 -1 -3 provides that a separate account shall
be kept for every fund of any municipality;
NOW THEREFORE, BE I7' ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that:
Section 1. There is hereby created a special. account of the
City of Greencastle to be known as the "Payroll Fund ".
Section 2. That the Clerk - Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to deposit into such fund all funds for the payment
of payroll and payroll withholding. All expenditures from said
fund must be approved and made in the same manner as required for
other expenditures by the City of Greencastle.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
