First Home Mortgage Opens New Office in Village at Leesburg
Ribbon cutting ceremony planned for Wednesday, August 17, 2011
Leesburg, VA (August 5, 2011) – At 6:00 pm, on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, Town of
Leesburg officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of First Home
Mortgage’s new office at 1602 Village Market Boulevard, Suite 330 in the Village at Leesburg.
Mayor Kristen Umstattd will officiate.
First Home Mortgage is a licensed, full-service mortgage lender, providing in-house processing,
underwriting and closing for buying or refinancing your home. Branch managers of the new
Leesburg office, Darran Anthony and Mike Farrell bring many years of “big bank” experience
along with their mortgage expertise to First Home’s more personalized, local business model.
“We are focused on a ‘Client for Life’ strategy,” explained Darran. “Our team is dedicated to
making the mortgage process as simple as possible for our clients.”
“There’s no reason obtaining a mortgage should be so difficult,” added Mike. “It’s a major
financial move, but not one that should keep people nervous for the entire loan process.”
“First Home Mortgage should be very proud of making the mortgage process less complicated
and more customer oriented,” commented Marantha Edwards, Leesburg’s Economic
Development Manager. “The company is a great fit for Leesburg’s business community.”
