RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider an amendment to Article 17, Section 17B-3 and Section 17B-
3(2) of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance regarding civil violations and penalties shall be published in the
Loudoun Times Mirror on December 23, 1991 and December 30, 1991 for public hearing on January 14,
1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
