A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFOR/MANCE
GUARANTEE AND A WATER EXTENSION PERM/T FOR THE PATOWMACK
PARTNERS POWER PLANT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
the Patowmack Partners Power Plant Waterline Extension.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water for the Patowmack Partners Power Plant
Waterline Extension is approved in accordance with Section 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION HI. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
the Wachovia Bank of North Carolina with Sovran Bank N.A. acting as designated agent in Virginia
in the amount of $25,000.00 is approved as security to guarantee installation of the public
improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for the
Patowrnack Partners Power Plant Waterline Extension.
