LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MAY 20 1997
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Regulaz Session in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 8:20 p.m.
Chairman Richazds presiding.
Member Byrd, Henning, Rea and Richazds answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, City Council Attorney Rudell, Secretary
Hooper and Department Heads. -
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.

It was moved by Member Rea, seconded by Member Henning and carried to approve the
following minutes-.

It was then moved by Member Rea, seconded by Member Henning, to adopt:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 97-21 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE ~• 97-~

ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS ~

Chairman Richazds introduced the next item, Conceptual Review of a Development
Proposal Submitted by PepBoys to Develop a Parts USA Retail Store at the Lynwood
Towne Center.
It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Byrd to:
APPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT UNDER THE ORIGINAL
DEVELOPMENT SCOPE REFERENCED IN THE DDA THAT CALLED FOR A
5,000 SQ. FT. ON PAD B AND HAVE THE APPLICANT REVISE ITS PLANS TO
REFLECT THE REDUCTION IN THE DEVELOPMENT.

Negotiating Agreement ("ENA") with Curry Temple Community Development Corp. for
the Development Corp. for the Development of One Single-Family House on Agency
ti~~ Property Located at 11420 State Street.

TEMPLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORP ("DEVELOPER") FOR THE ~ ~r
DEVELOPMENT OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOME ON AGENCY OWNED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 11420 STATE STREET".
