The Redevelopmem Agency of the City of Lynwood met-in a Itegolar Session is the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above.date at 8~2 pm.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Member Byrd, Henning, Rea and Richards answered the mll call.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, City Cotmcil Attorney Rudell, Secretary
Hooper and Trrasuror Pygatt.
Secretary Hoopet announced the Agenda had been duly posted in.accordance with The
Brown AcK.

It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea and carried to approve the
following minutes:

REGULAR ITEMS
Chairman Richards introduced the next item, Proposed Exclusive Negotiating Agreeme~
("ENA") Between the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency and M & A Gabaee, a California
Limited Partnership ("The Developer")
It was moved by Member Rea, seconded by Member Byrd to adopt:

THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE I-105 FREEWAY AT LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD".

Chairman Richards introduced the next item, Requesting Authorization to Execute a
Home Contract and Administration Agreement by and Betweea the City of Lynwood and
Lynwood Redevelopment Agency and to Execute an Agreement for CHDO Home
Program Participation by and Between Lynwood Redevelopme~ Agency and Curry
Temple Community Developme~ Corporation Under the Home Program Guidelines.
Member Henning requested this item be pulled from the Agenda
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Hentting, seconded by Member
Byrd, and carried to adjourn at 8:25 p.m.
