A RESOLUTION:

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Environmental Advisory Commission (EAC) due to the
resignation of Donald Devine; and
WHEREAS, the vacancy on the EAC was advertised in the Loudoun Times-Mfirror.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Peter Gillwald is appointed to the Environmental Advisory Commission to fill the unexpired
term of Don Devine. The term of office to expire on April 30, 1992.
PASSED this 18th day of December, 1991.
