LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AUGUST 5, 1997
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Session in the City
Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on the above date at 7:38 p.m.

Chairman Richards presiding.
Member Byrd, Henning, Rea, and Richazds answered the roll call.
Also present were Executive Du•ector Gonzales, City Council Attorney Rudell, Secretary
Hooper, and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.

It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea and carried to approve the
following minutes:
a) Regular Meeting, July 15, 1997
b) Special Meeting, July 29, 1997

It was then moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea to adopt:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 97-30 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE ~• 97-30
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, ALLOWING Frn
AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE". ~

Chairman Richards then introduced the next item, Proposed Exclusive Negotiating
Agreen-lent ("ENA") Between the Redevelopment Agency and Mayans Development.
It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea to adopt:
LRA RESOLUTION NO. 97-31 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE r~5 97-31
LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE EXECUTION ~E
OF AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT (ENA) WITH MAYANS ~,y
DEVE)<JOPMENT (DEVELOPER) TO DEVELOP NINETEEN SINGLE-FAMILY KI~]E.S
HOMES ON AGENCY PROPERTY LOCATED ON EDGEBROOK AVENUE
AND PHILLIl'S AVENUE".

It was moved by Member Henning, seconded by Member Rea to adopt:
